Last fall, I had the opportunity to present at the Society of American Forester's national convention in Portland, OR. I outlined the Landscape Triad conceptual framework, why and how it guides my management actions while I attempting to manage for multiple objectives, and highlighted three case studies currently ongoing at the Cloquet Forestry Center.
